At Outline Scraper Blades, we stand behind the quality of our scraper blades and tools. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns requested outside the 14-day window may be denied.
The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Custom-cut or special-order blades
Items marked as final sale
Used products showing signs of wear or misuse
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved:
We will provide return instructions and a return address
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
Do not send returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
